How long have you been an Entrepreneur?

8 years

Did you leave a job to become an Entrepreneur?

No

What is the name of your current project / company?

“Life’s Little Things: The Quotes”, my latest photography book.

Please describe for us in 1 sentence your current project.

My book is an invitation to reconnect with yourself, think more positively, slow down your physical pace, and find your inner rhythm.

Where did the idea of your current project come from?

Like with every other book I have ever released, I wanted to help my readers.

Why do you do what you do?

Because the world is a much better place with empathy and respect.

What’s the one thing you wish you could go back and tell your younger self?

Perfection is not a prerequisite for success. It’s ok to have a day off once in a while.

What’s the most important piece of advice would you give to someone just starting?

Show, don’t tell. And be patient.

What is the hardest thing you have had to do regarding your business?

I have had to start over quite a few times in my career. But I cannot say that it was hard. I have always had the big picture in mind, so opportunities are there all the time.

What does your typical day look like?

I do not have a typical day. My schedule changes all the time.

If you were to start again, and could change one thing, what would it be?

I would not change a thing. I am where I was supposed to be from the beginning.

What is the most important thing in life?

Having done what I could in every possible situation. I have no regret about anything.

What is one problem you encountered as an entrepreneur, and how did you overcome it?

People wanting to pick my brain all the time. It is very common in the social media field, actually.

I am all for helping others, but my social media blog is already full of tips and advice. So I usually redirect people to it. If they need more in-depth help, I will share the link to my services page with my rates. 😉

Tell us something unique about yourself.

In my 14-year career, I have done many things, including teaching, writing, blogging, translating, art criticism, photography, content curation, and journalism. I also wrote two plays and recorded a spoken word CD.
