I was born in Newark, NJ but reside in Milledgville, GA. For 12 years, I have been a professional wrestler throughout the southeastern United States. These days, I am making the transition into the world of business and personal development. Having studied Sales and Marketing in college, I am seeking to bring new energy and a true business model to professional wrestling with an exponential mindset as my guide. I am currently a Business Development Representative/Sales Representative for Masters of Ring Entertainment.

Through my personal website – PLANETVELVET.NET – I have sponsored several business and entertainment networking events in the Atlanta area. I’ve also donated both time and money to charities and causes such as MADD, Jay’s Hope, Connor’s Cure, The V Foundation, the ALS Association, and Cepacet.

How long have you been an Entrepreneur?

12 years

Did you leave a job to become an Entrepreneur?

No

What is the name of your current project / company?

PLANTEVELVET.NET presents IWC (Interactive Wrestling Conversation)

Please describe for us in 1 sentence your current project.

IWC seeks to cultivate meaningful and enlightening conversation between wrestling personalities and fans from all over the globe.

Where did the idea of your current project come from?

My experience both in pro wrestling and in networking abroad.

Why do you do what you do?

There is so much division not only in the United States but in the world. Entertainment and the arts always provide us with a momentary escape from life’s sometimes harsh realities. They also can bring us together to not only share laughs, but exchange thoughts and new energy as well. Not only do I want to put something out into the world that someone can learn from, but I want to learn and provide a platform where people with similar interests can do the same amongst each other.

What’s the one thing you wish you could go back and tell your younger self?

Tomorrow isn’t promised. But if it come, there is no guarantee the sky will be sunny. Be smart and save for a rainy day.

What’s the most important piece of advice would you give to someone just starting?

Shut up and listen. Take advantage of every opportunity to learn something new.

What is the hardest thing you have had to do regarding your business?

Sever ties with a business partner who started off s a friend. I’m all about advancement and he continued to bring negative energy into my circle. It became a hindrance so I did what was best for my progression.

What does your typical day look like?

Weekdays usually see me go to my job for eight hours Monday through Friday. After work, I spend anywhere between 1-2 hours working out which may include weight lifting, cardio, Muay Thai, or some strange combination of the three. When I’m done, I check my email and social media accounts for any new or existing business dealings. I work for MORE part-time throughout the week focusing on business development. A good bit of that time is spent tackling assignments built around gaining real-world business training to apply to pro wrestling and other business ventures. When the day is done, I spend quality time with my family.

If you were to start again, and could change one thing, what would it be?

Nothing. I take the good with the bad and am thankful for both molding me into the man I am today.

What is the most important thing in life?

A sound mind, an able body, and a peaceful spirit.

What is one problem you encountered as an entrepreneur, and how did you overcome it?

The realization that just because I liked something didn’t mean everyone else did or would like it also. It was disappointing at first, but I had to separate myself emotionally from the result. Feeling with your brain and thinking with your heart can sometimes be a recipe for disaster in business.

Tell us something unique about yourself.

I have been an extras actor in film and television. I am currently preparing for my first principle role in a movie called Summer Madness, filming in Atlanta, GA.
