Former single dad raising three boys on my own. Lost everything. From the ashes in hell I’verisen to become one of the greatest Chefs in the world, and the only Celebrity Coffee Chef.

How long have you been an Entrepreneur?

I started my first business when I was 8. I’m 47 now.

What is the name of your current project / company?

Bryan-David Scott

Please describe for us in 1 sentence your current project.

I am a Celebrity Coffee Chef and Luxury Coffee Specialist.

Where did the idea of your current project come from?

Back breaking work, fed up with trying to fly in a congested space and educate people that believed they were experts in coffee, I chose to pursue the top 3? of coffee drinkers worldwide.

Why do you do what you do?

Passion. Joy. Great vision for where I want to go. I can’t help people if I’m broke.

What’s the one thing you wish you could go back and tell your younger self?

People around you do not have the strength of soul as you do. Be kind anyways, even when it is only you on the path to making dreams come true.

What’s the most important piece of advice would you give to someone just starting?

Have clear vision, be passionate about what you want to do, be prepared to fight to make your dreams come true. Be willing to pay the price life demands. It is worth it.

What is the hardest thing you have had to do regarding your business?

Faith. The ability to believe what others call impossible. Faith in God, faith in myself.

What does your typical day look like?

Up between 3 and 5:30; prepare a French press coffee for my wife; sometimes I make her breakfast. I drive her to work to be there by 6. I hate social media. I conduct research. I get kids to school by 8:30. I am in conference calls or meetings until lunch time. I spend 30 minutes everyday thinking. I reach out to my sponsors and partners. In the afternoon I help my kids with homework. Then it’s dinner time. We got the house cleaned up, complete chores, get ready for the next day. Prayers. Tuck the kids in. More social media and research. I consider connections that I want to make. This usually takes me 2 between 11:30 and 12. I sit down to watch an hour of TV then I go to sleep

If you were to start again, and could change one thing, what would it be?

I would have listened to older, wiser, successful people more than talk.

What is the most important thing in life?

There is not just one thing. Faith. Love. Family. Be kind, respectful, giving, true. Fight for people that cannot fight for themselves. Never underestimate the power of truth. Find the joy in serving others. Some of my favorites.

What is one problem you encountered as an entrepreneur, and how did you overcome it?

Single dad, three boys, walked in to pay rent. Landlord apologized for not handing me my letter and informed me that we had to be out in 20 days because they were leveling the building. I told the boys that I was going to build one of the greatest coffee companies ever out of Seattle. From inside a homeless shelter, which happened to be a gorgeous 2 bedroom apartment I arranged for wireless internet, mobile phone, and I began setting appointments and selling coffee.

Tell us something unique about yourself.

World’s first Celebrity Coffee Chef. Known as an innovator of a luxury coffee lifestyle I invented the French press espresso.
